Pickup dates
Pickup can be booked from 7 to 30 days ahead, on the days we are open — we are closed Monday to Wednesday. Choose a day and a 15-minute window before you build your order.
Pre-order pickup
How it works
Pick a day and a time, build your order by the pound, and pay online. We smoke it overnight and slice it the moment you arrive — sauces, pickles, onions and bread come with every pickup.
Order size
Pre-orders are sold by the pound and start at 5 lb of meat, up to 30 lb per order. Sides, sauces and extras are counted separately, and a running total follows you as you add items.
On the day
Everything is sliced when you arrive, so there may be a short wait in a busy window. Come within the time you picked, and bring the name on the order.
Payment
Orders are paid in full online when you check out. Cancellations may be subject to processing fees; see the terms for refund details.
