The First Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of every month we will be hosting our Goldee’s Brisket, Sausage and Rib classes.

In this class you will learn our entire processes from start to finish including trim, seasoning, fire management, temps, rendering fat, tallow, brisket doneness, slicing, plating, and everything to look for.

Monday 10 AM to 6 PM for Brisket.

Tuesday 10AM to 3 PM for Sausage.

Wednesday 10AM to 3 PM for Ribs.

Every attendee will receive a Goldee’s Goodybag which includes an exclusive hat and shirt, Goldee’s sauce bottle, Goldee’s brisket rub + all purpose rub, and stickers.

To ensure a quality experience we have limited the classes to 10 people per class. The class date must be selected prior to checkout.
