When purchasing the cookbook please purchase as a separate order from other goldees items so you qualify for the media mail discount. All cookbook orders will be shipped separately from other items on our store to ensure this. In the case you do purchase additional items together with the book and the sum of those items do not exceed the $60 threshold for free shipping, excluding the book, we will invoice you for the separate shipping amount. The cookbook is not included in the free shipping threshold, unfortunately due to Shopify stores limitations this is the only way we can ensure a smooth transaction. Thank you!
